Sharing personal data
The Data Administrator does not transfer (sell or in any way lend) personal data collected to third parties. For technical reasons, the Administrator may entrust, in accordance with art. 31 of the Personal Data Protection Act, another entity – in writing – to process data without changing the stated purpose of their processing. In accordance with applicable law, we may disclose your data to entities processing them on behalf of Stars Logistics, so-called data recipients. These may be entities participating in the implementation of contracts (subcontractors, postal and courier service providers, companies dealing with online transaction settlements), entities providing IT support and providing the Administrator with IT tools, managing and entering data into databases, intermediating in marketing actions, as well as providing advisory services (e.g. accounting, legal). Your data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EU countries, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein).

How long do we store your personal data?
The Administrator processes your personal data in connection with your use of our services for the necessary time to carry them out. Then, the data is stored for the time during which it is possible to claim compensation for the performance of the contract – until the expiration of the claims. Some data may be stored longer, until the existence of a legal obligation, e.g. in connection with the need to document transactions (e.g. data in invoices, bills) or for archival purposes. If you give your consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes, your data will be processed for the time during which the Administrator has products and services aimed at customers and other persons whose data is processed. These data will be periodically checked for their relevance and, if found to be outdated, will be updated or deleted by the Administrator. At the same time, in order to comply with the obligation of so-called accountability, the data will be kept for the period during which the Administrator is obliged to keep the data or documents containing them to document compliance with legal requirements, including to enable their control by public authorities.

Information about cookies
We use cookies. These are small data files that are placed on your computer or other device by your browser. The cookie file itself does not contain or collect any information. However, it can be read by the server or browser, to enable the provision of better services on the website – for example, by remembering account data.

Why do we use cookies?
We use them to retain information about user’s site usage and to facilitate site usage and learn more about the user:

It also allows us to determine the number of users using specific types of software, and then to adjust the site appropriately to ensure maximum comfort during browsing.
login status to account on our site.
the date when the user was last offered to participate in a survey, and the received response (to avoid offering surveys too frequently).
user movement on the site and usage of it. We do not collect personal data for this purpose. We only collect statistical data to optimize the site.

Cookies are stored for up to 400 days from the last visit to ensure that the user’s choices are not lost. Some cookies are created by other companies whose services we use.”
